🔍 Global Data Room Activity Log

Fund managers can now export an Excel report with all activity across your Data Room in one place –showing who viewed or downloaded what, and when.

Until now, audit logs were only available per document. With this new overview, fund managers get a complete picture of investor and advisor engagement.

Why it matters:

• Spot which investors are actively engaging with documents
• Identify where guidance may be needed
• Follow up with inactive investors to keep momentum

How to use it:

1. Go to the fund.
2. Click on Export > Investors Data Room Activity.
3. Download the Excel file with a full overview of views and downloads.
