We have been working hard to bring you the new and enhanced Vestlane. ✨

The new Vestlane is more user-friendly, customizable, scalable and compliant. It comes with a lot of improvements that will help you onboard and close your investors faster and manage your subscriptions and KYC/AML workflows with ease.
Let's take a look:
What is an organization?
Organizations are the new basis on which Vestlane users are grouped. It’s a collaborative workspace!
Every user is part of an organization (or more!). Fund managers, investors, and advisors, they all can have their own organizations.
What does this mean?
✅ Autonomy ✚
✅ Control ✚
✅ Transparency ✚

Go to ‘Settings’ in your left side menu.
In ‘Organization Details’ you can edit your workspace branding and name.
In ‘Organization Members’ you can manage your members.
Let’s take a deeper dive here 🤿. There are 2 types of user roles:
Admins | Regular users |
---|---|
They have access to all funds and resources within the organization. | By default, when created, they don’t have access to any fund except for the ones the admin gives access to. |
They can invite other users to join the organization. | They cannot manage organization users. |
Go to ‘Funds & SPVs’ in the left side menu.
Click on any of your funds.
On the upper right corner of your screen, you’ll see a ‘Fund Access’ button. There you can manage which users within your organization have access to that fund.
By default, all ‘Admin’ users in your organization will have access to all your funds.
